INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

50-60 minute session $170 per session

Includes telehealth individual therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship wounds and identity reclamation. A free 15-minute consultation call is available before your first session.

COUPLES THERAPY

60-minute session $250 per session

Includes telehealth couples therapy for married and premarital couples using Emotionally Focused Therapy and Gottman-informed principles. A free 15-minute consultation call is available before your first session.

IMMIGRATION PSYCHOLOGICAL EVALUATIONS

Full evaluation process $1,500 flat fee

Rush fee: $300 + flat fee

Includes two clinical telehealth interviews of approximately 90 minutes each, collateral document review, a comprehensive court-ready psychological evaluation report and one complimentary revision after attorney review. Standard turnaround: 2 to 3 weeks. Rush turnaround: 2 weeks — available for an additional fee. A free 15-minute consultation call is available to discuss your case before scheduling.

CLINICAL CONSULTATION

45 to 60 minute session $150 per session

For licensed therapists in private practice seeking a trusted, experienced clinician to think alongside. No judgment. No hierarchy. Just honest collegial support for the work you are doing. A free 30-minute clarity call is available before your first consultation session.

INSURANCE

Trecia Lewis is currently in-network with the following insurance providers: Aetna · Cigna · United Healthcare · Optum. If your insurance provider is not listed above — you may still be able to receive reimbursement for our sessions through your out-of-network benefits. Upon request I provide a monthly superbill — an itemized receipt of services — that you can submit directly to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Many clients receive 50 to 80 percent reimbursement through their out-of-network benefits depending on their plan. To check your out-of-network benefits before our first session call the member services number on the back of your insurance card and ask: "Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits? What is my deductible and what percentage is covered after the deductible is met?"

BILLING & PRACTICE MANAGEMENT

Billing and practice management services for Inner Strength Counseling are provided in partnership with Alma — a HIPAA-compliant healthcare technology platform. Alma assists with insurance verification, billing and payment processing on behalf of this practice. By scheduling services with Inner Strength Counseling, you acknowledge that certain administrative information — including insurance details and billing information — may be shared with Alma as part of the billing process. Alma maintains strict HIPAA compliance and does not use your information for any purpose beyond administrative practice support.

SUPERBILLS

A superbill is an itemized receipt of services that includes all the information your insurance company needs to process a reimbursement claim. I provide superbills upon request at no additional cost. Please note that submitting a superbill to your insurance company may involve your diagnosis being shared with them as part of the claims process. If you have questions about this please ask during your consultation call.

GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE — YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE NO SURPRISES ACT

Under the No Surprises Act you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs for healthcare services before beginning treatment. As a self-pay or uninsured client you are entitled to receive a written Good Faith Estimate before your first session or upon request at any time. For individual therapy the estimated cost per session is $170. For couples therapy the estimated cost per session is $250. For immigration evaluations the total flat fee is $1,500. Actual charges may vary depending on the length and frequency of services. If your actual billed charges are $400 or more above your Good Faith Estimate you have the right to dispute the bill through the patient-provider dispute resolution process. CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged the full session fee. This allows me to offer that time to clients on my waitlist who need it. I understand that life happens. If you have an emergency please reach out as soon as possible and we will work something out.

PAYMENT

Payment is due at the time of service. All major credit cards, debit cards and HSA/FSA cards are accepted through our secure client portal.
